A common ground for menstrual health

Menstrual health is personal, but nobody should have to navigate it in isolation. Our mission is to connect lived experience with credible knowledge, creating room for honest questions, different perspectives, and practical learning.

What we believe

Every experience deserves respect. We welcome people with different bodies, identities, backgrounds, and relationships to menstrual health.

Evidence matters. We value scientific rigor, transparent sources, and the ability to say “we don’t know yet.” Personal stories matter, but they are not a substitute for clinical evidence.

Conversation goes both ways. Healthcare professionals, researchers, and community members all have something to contribute — and something to learn.

No miracle fixes. No shame, pseudoscience, aggressive selling, or pressure to optimize your body.

Who belongs here?

People navigating menstrual health concerns, curious learners, clinicians, researchers, menstrual health educators, advocates, and FemTech builders. You don’t need to be an expert to join the conversation.

We’re at the beginning

This community is being shaped through a survey and early conversations. Resources, events, and participation opportunities will grow with the people who join us.

Federica Fioretto

Founder, Menstrual Common Ground

Hi, I’m Federica. I started Menstrual Common Ground because I believe conversations about menstrual health should make room for real experiences, honest questions and trustworthy information — all in the same place.

My hope is to build this space together with the people who need it: a community where we can listen, learn and challenge assumptions without judgment.
